2014 Retreat Announced!

We are pleased to announce the 7^th Annual

Crazy Quilting International Retreat, 2014

in

Kansas City, Missouri, USA

Wednesday, September 10 – Sunday September 14

Nestled in the wooded bluffs north of the Missouri        

River, Heartland Center is just 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City 

and less than 15 minutesfrom Kansas City International Airport.

Retreaters will stay in Cray Lodge, two per room. 

Every room has its own private bath and shower.  

We have reserved a block of rooms. Depending on

total attendance, we may be able to accommodate

single lodging or spouse lodging (with payment). 

However, first priority goes to CQI members willing 

to stay two per room.

Next door to our accommodations is the main building, 

which houses the large meeting room and the dining room.  

All three daily meals are served buffet style and are gluten-free. 

CQI will provide between-meal snacks. 

We selected The Heartland Center to assist with minimizing costs for retreat attendees.  Heartland Center offers a nice location with short commutes to and from Kansas City International Airport (KCI/MCI) as well as to shops and entertainment areas.  Naturally, retreat participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Kansas City.

All this for only . . . $265.00

This includes lodging for four nights, all 11 meals

(Wednesday dinner through Sunday breakfast),

snacks and transportation between airport and Heartland Center

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Registration begins on Monday, January 6, 2014

Retreat will be limited to 30 participants.  To register, you must be a member of CQI

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Send a $100 deposit (or you may pay in full) via check or Paypal:

Please mark as `gift` or include an extra 4% to cover Paypal fees.  Paypal will provide you with a receipt.

Balance of $165 is due no later than August 1, 2014

CANCELLATIONS:

If you must cancel for any reason, your cancellation refund will be as follows:

By April 1, 2014:  everything you paid less $25

By July 30, 2014: everything you paid less $50

August 1, 2014 or after:  everything you paid less $75
